Dawn Hall, President/CEO

Formerly employed in the Marketing Department at Donecker's in Ephrata, Dawn joined Barry Bruce & Company, Inc. in 1996 as a secretary/receptionist, with excellent "people skills" and public relations skills. Her efforts and attitude, along with extremely positive feedback from our agency clientele, ultimately led her to the position of Account Services Manager. In 2003, Dawn was promoted to Assistant Media Director. In 2005, Dawn was named Media Director. Dawn was promoted to the position of Vice President in 2007. In June 2011, Dawn was promoted to President. In September 2011, Dawn become President and CEO of Hall Media Solutions.

Dawn loves what she does, she does it very well, and is well liked and respected by the various print and media representatives throughout the marketplace. She resides in Ephrata with her husband and 2 children.

Paul Lynch, Vice President

With an extensive background in Broadcast Television, Paul has worked as an on-air meteorologist at both WHAG-TV in Hagerstown, MD and WHP-TV in Harrisburg before he joined Hall Media Solutions as Director of New Business Development in January 2009. In June 2011, Paul was promoted to Vice President.

Paul is a 1998 graduate of Manheim Township High School, and a 2002 alumnus of Millersville University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.

Paul resides in Lancaster with his wife, Kelly, and their 3 children.

An active member in the community, Paul is a member of the Rotary Club of Lancaster, a member of the Public Relations Committee at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central PA, and a member of the 5K SuperHero Run Committee for Court-Appointed Special Advocates of Lancaster County (CASA-Lancaster).

Paul still dabbles in weather forecasting by occasionally filling-in on-air WGAL-TV in Lancaster.

Cindy Jones, Business Manager

Cynthia Jones, our Business Manager comes to us with 21 plus years of experience serving small businesses like ours through her company, Cj Business Services, and 14 plus years as a Quickbooks Professional Advisor. Cindy resides in Millersville with her two naughty puppies.

Roz Ayers, Graphic Designer

Roz Ayers has over 30 years experience in the graphic design field. After graduating from Lancaster Catholic High School, she attended York Academy of the Arts for 1 year. Upon the schools untimely closing, she followed a band of professors to Marietta. There she worked all summer to prepare for the opening of Pennsylvania School of the Arts, where she earned her diploma in graphic communications. Her career has included working for The Doctor's Press, Dean Design Assoc., and working full-time freelance as the owner of Good Fortune Graphics. During that time, she also worked for Barry Bruce & Company. Currently she is employed at the Art Printing Company, as well as freelancing for Hall Media Solutions. Roz has 2 daughters – the oldest a sophomore at Lancaster Bible College pursuing Early Education; the youngest a senior at Conestoga Valley High School who plans on going to nursing school. Roz loves horses and working in her yard and flowerbeds. She also paints ceramics and is very "crafty". She lives near Leola.
